A Midnight Visitor

Yeh!I am back with a another interesting story by Robert Arthur. I hope you will like the story.

There was a secret agent named Ausable he was very clever . One night a magazine editor named Fowler came to him to take his interview. As he met him he was surprised to see a fatty figure sitting in a dull restaurant eating too much. Ausable said him I knew you were surprised to see me as you were supposed to see a handsome and slim person with guns and always attentive.

Then Ausable took Fowler to his room and on stairs he told him that tonight at 12:00 pm a important report file is coming to him related to missiles. As he opened the door a person with a gun pointing towards him was standing before their arrival . Ausable switched on the lights. They were surprised to see a man like this . But Ausable recognised the man and called his name ‘Max’.

Max replied yes this is me I came to knew that a important report file is coming to you tonight but it should be coming to me as I am more professional to you and of course my country… Ausable sat down on arl rolling chair and with a expression of anger started talking to Fowler. He said that this time I would not let that cheater manager go . This is second time that a person entered my room by balcony. Actually previously this room was a apartment with a balcony through that window and with the last time incident hotel manager promised me to seal that balcony and window.

Max interrupted I didn’t use balcony to came here I had used a master key but if I would known to balcony I would definitely chose it as it would save me from lot of danger . Suddenly door knocked . Max was surprised and asked Ausable and Fowler not to move . Ausable admitted that it should be police at the door as I had invited them to check whether it’s all ok or not after all it’s all about important report file you know.

Door knock started to raise . Ausable said if I will not open the door police will enter any how and will not fear from shooting you. Max stepped behind with pointing gun and asked to open door when he will leave to balcony otherwise I will shoot you. Ausable agreed . Max steeped outward the window and a high pitched voice came out and after that no voice came .

Ausable said that door is open . Suddenly a waiter entered in room . Fowler was surprised and asked Ausable what’s all this matter . Ausable told him that there was no police it was Henry only whom he supposed with sweet dish . Fowler said but what about Max he will came back. Ausable laughed and said that he will never come back as there was no balcony it’s all my art of fabricating story.
